You may have noticed a distinct lack of rumours on this site in the past few years when you are seeing a lot of rumours posting as news on the other sites. If you’re concerned that that’s due to this site not being concerned with rumours or just not being updated then fear not!

Quite simply, when it comes to rumours last year we learnt our lesson. It’s very easy to update the site on a daily basis with rumours that people are talking about .. and that’s exactly what we did last year. The problem with this is it leads to a lot of disappointment for both us and you, mostly because these “rumours” are not so much rumours as wild speculation

So quite simply we will be posting confirmed rumours, these originates from sites that are well known for their rumours such as Virtual Festivals and magazines, band’s self confirming themselves and magazines such as NME known to be extremely good at predicting the lineup.

But fear not! That’s not to say that we don’t encourage wild speculation! Currently the debate is picking up in the forums, you can find the section here. I’m also currently working on a rumours system which will catalogue rumours for all to see, if all goes well.
